Design & Planning

Yes. A site visit and measurement is part of our process, so the design is based on real dimensions and conditions.
Small changes can usually be accommodated. We will explain any effect on cost or timeline before making the change, so there are no surprises.
Structural
Yes. We design G+1 to multi-storey RCC buildings, including foundations, beams, columns, slabs and staircases, with drawings ready for site use.
A soil investigation report is strongly recommended because it is the basis for foundation design. We can guide you on what is required for your plot.
Yes. We can review an existing design or drawing set and suggest improvements where we see concerns or opportunities to save material.
Interiors & Execution
A turnkey project means we handle everything from design and material selection to execution, finishing and handover, so you deal with one team from start to finish.
The timeline depends on the size and scope of the project. We share a clear schedule at the start and keep you updated on progress until handover.
Payment stages are agreed in your quotation before work starts, so you know what is due and when.
Yes. We share regular updates and photos, and our team supervises the work so you can follow progress remotely.
